Wish to compliment you for the amazing arrangement that had been put up. The exercises, right from indoor energy ‘build up’ activities to the adventure activities and of course, the Incredible Race, turned out to be a perfect get-away from our regular lives and have gone a long way in bonding all of us together as one TEAM. Thanks to the quick-turnaround of the FOCUS team; our entire organization was able to enjoy 2 days of corporate activities interlaced with mix of activities. We are indeed very thankful to the FOCUS team for turning our first off-site into an event that not only did full justice, but also made sure that we keep having more off-sites in the future. In particular, the entire staff appreciated that the events were well thought out and not mere a random ‘team-building’ exercise. Everyone appreciated the subtle messages that the events brought out. When I first saw your huge clientele that included companies from AT&T to Adobe,Deustche Bank to Ernst & Young,Nokia to Raffles Hotel, Apple Computer to Oracle; got a notion that do large companies keep coming back since you're the best at what you do, or have you turned out to be the best at what you do because large companies keep coming back? And to find out, appointed your company to hold a team building event for my leadership team and believe me that list will grow bigger as the FOCUS Adventure team has certainly exceeded all expectation at our recent team building event at Goa.
l can confidently say that "WOW!" is the impression your TEAM has left on our employees. The facilitators really hit the mark with their presentation. I want to thank you and your team for a wonderful one day offsite on team building for our freshers. This is the first time we did such an intervention and I am very happy we chose FOCUS Adventure to partner with us. The session has achieved its intended objective of driving the message of our core values, the need for team spirit, and has left the participants with a perspective about themselves that they perhaps did not have. And while doing so, it was tremendous fun for the youngsters. The day was planned very well, the takeaway sessions useful and the energy of the facilitators infectious. The Geo-caching event was a great exercise in team-building with a good mix of technology that got our teams engaged. The FOCUS team was extremely thorough in the arrangements, professional in approach and friendly to work with.

Interesting activities promoting teamwork with an element of fun! The analysis-session after every activity is worth a special mention as it put emphasis on how to apply the learnings to our way of working. Both the facilitators Rakesh and Sid were good and ensured a high level of participation from everyone. The use of latest technology and unexpectedly quick recaps (photo and video) added charm to the whole experience.

I would like to thank Focus adventure for organizing the team building in a short span of time which turned out to be a great fun filled learning exercise for the entire team. The Focus Adventure team ensured the energy levels of the team remained high throughout the day. All the activities planned through the day ensured maximum interaction amongst all participants.
Given that we also had our client as a part of this exercise, we were a bit anxious on how the event unfolds. But the team was able to handle a cross cultural team with ease. We could feel the difference in the attitude of team members right away, we went in as 3 different teams and by the end of the day it was 1 big team.
The videos and photos captured throughout the day will ensure everyone remembers this team building for time to come.

It was a pleasure working with FOCUS Adventure. Right from the first conference call, their ability to understand what the client needs was absolutely on target. Our engagement with them were on two programmes- One for the Senior Leadership Team and the other for our Extended Leadership Teams. Within the available time, they did an awesome job of simulating the experiential learning and facilitating the sessions.
The top five reasons as to why I would engage them again will be:
1. Ability to understand the customer and empathize with them.
2. They are willing to walk the pathway with the customer and hence the flexibility comes in as a huge relief in a world of stereotype, fixated trainers.
3. They carry out their work with absolute passion and it is contagious!
4. Willing to correct the course when required
5. Very professional approach and there is a great comfort dealing with them.

FOCUS Adventure ran a short workshop for our Sr. Management team. In no time Rakesh and Arun got the energy level of the group to a high and sustained it for the rest of the session. The activities and debrief around them were tailored to the needs of the team. The group got to experience the values of the organization in a unique way. The highlight of the session was the Roller Coaster Challenge that brought the best out of the team. The whole experience was very positive and it exceeded the expectation we had from the session.
