Sujatha

  Sujatha has over 15 years of experience, both in India and overseas, as a consultant, trainer, researcher, HR practitioner and academic. She passionately believes that an organization's competitive advantage lies in the manner in which its human capital is deployed, and through experiential learning, human potential within firms can grow.

She brings to FOCUS her enthusiasm and expertise for large scale organizational development and change management, design and implementation of knowledge management systems and processes, qualitative research and corporate training. She has designed and facilitated a number of customized learning and development interventions on leadership development, role-values-vision alignment workshops for senior managers, values-based team building, creativity training and other corporate learning workshops, leading to transformational changes in companies. She has facilitated training programs across a cross section of industries and companies including Banking, IT, Education, and Hospitality.

Sujatha's doctoral thesis was on understanding the processes of knowledge construction and transfer in organizations. She is a member of the International Centre for Research on Organizational Discourse, Strategy and Change

She holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and is also a certified train-the-trainer.
