Andrew founded FOCUS Adventure in 1996, having come from a stint in the Singapore Airforce. With over a decade of experience in adventure learning, team building and facilitation, he is one of the pioneers who popularised integration of action-oriented and interactive experiential learning modules into mainstream programmes like Teambuilding Challenge, Situational Leadership, The Leadership Challenge, The Learning Organisation and LEGO SERIOUS PLAY. In addition, he is licensed to conduct Situational Leadership II (Ken Blanchard and Co), Strength Deployment Inventory (Dr Elias Porter, PSP) and The Innovative Team (Leahy and Associates). Andrew has designed and facilitated in programmes specific to client's objectives like conflict management, problem solving, values integration and shared vision. This has effected a transformation in learning for many in the corporate arena. Andrew is also a Certified Behavioural Consultant.
Rarely seen sitting in the office, Andrew has taken travelling to an Xtreme sport, flitting between the many regions where FOCUS has now branched out its operations in the course of a week. His mantra for individual and team development is VISION, ACTION and PASSION |
