We have been working with FOCUS team for more than a year now. They have always delivered to the objective set out with perfection. Lego Serious Play for instance is an extremely powerful tool which we have used for team visioning sessions for teams both on business front and on team norms front. The entire exercise using LSP is engaging and helps brings out various aspects of discussion on the table in a non-threatening way.

The two days at Jim Corbett (6th & 7th October) were simply unparalleled to any other group activities or rather any other outbound trip as such. The fun activities with learning were simple and lucid which will be evergreen in my memory. The best part was the Geocaching Challenge which I guess mesmerised everybody. All in all, the bonfire, the games and the safari – you guys simply stole the show.

"We organized a manager’s outbound at the Ananda Spa and Resorts. This was the first time we worked with the FOCUS Adventure team and I must say that it was a great experience! FOCUS team did a marvellous job for the IAMAI's recent conference in June 2012 at Lalit Srinagar. The "film making" workshop was a tailor made idea for all us CMOs who comment about agencies' creatives on a regular basis. The well thought out and well executed exercise was carefully coordinated within 4 hours, which is remarkable given that it involved ideation, scripting, shooting and even editing followed by judging. And I really appreciate the involvement of each of their four team members who had a wonderful sense of humour. Cheers and keep up the good work guys.
